Melissa Thrasher accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at the age of seven and began her ministry by serving in the church nursery, caring for infants. Over the years, she expanded her involvement to include Children’s Ministry, Girls Ministry, Sunday School teaching, performing in Human Videos, and working in church technology.
Melissa’s spiritual and ministerial gifts include teaching, encouragement, performing arts, podcasting, life coaching, and grief support. As a minister herself, Melissa partners with Jimmy in every aspect of their ministry. Her unique life experiences allow her to connect with individuals in ways that complement Jimmy’s ministry, enabling them to reach a diverse range of people and address various life circumstances together.

Jimmy Thrasher accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of twelve and began his ministry at sixteen by teaching his own Sunday School class. Over the years, he expanded his teaching to young adults, men’s groups, and senior classes. Jimmy’s spiritual and ministerial gifts include preaching, teaching, performing arts, songwriting, podcasting, life coaching, grief support, and offering Biblical solutions to difficult problems.
In his early twenties, Jimmy accepted the call to preach and completed the Ministerial Training Program (MAP) through the Church of God in Cleveland, Tennessee. He was ordained at Spring Valley Church of God and later formed the 501(c)(3) non-profit ministry Silent Witness, Inc. As his ministry grew to reach across denominations, states, and countries, Jimmy was also ordained and licensed through Grace Baptist Church in Russellville, Alabama.
Through Silent Witness, Christian life coaching, and music ministry, Jimmy and Melissa’s work has reached audiences across the U.S. and 38 countries on six continents. With a calling that spans local, national, and global ministry, Jimmy continues to share hope and encouragement in Christ when opportunity leads.
